In order for us to process your payment, here are a few things that must be done:
- If your account already has an Apple ID associated to the user, you must supply these login credentials.
- If your account has only been linked to Android, you will have to create a new Supercell ID account and link it to your existing village. The code that you are emailed should be sent to us via our Live Chat.
- Your Apple ID MUST have 2 Step Verification disabled. If this is enabled, we will be unable to access your account to deposit the gems which will delay the process.
- For security reasons, you MUST remove any payment methods linked to your Apple ID account.
- We recommend changing your password temporarily.
- Once you purchase your gems, you can continue to use your account normally. However, once we log on and the game kicks you off, please don't reconnect until your order status changes to Completed. If you reconnect, this could delay the time it takes to add the gems to your account.

How long does it take to add gems to my account?
Once we log into your account, it will take between 30 and 60 minutes. The time taken to get to your order depends on our opening hours and your position in the queue.
Why can't you use my Google account?
Due to recent changes with cross-platform accounts, we are no longer unable to simply link a newly created Apple ID account to your existing Google account. Our method relies on using an Apple ID account therefore, we now require your SCID (Supercell ID) email address to login via an Apple device.
Why do I have to provide my login credentials?
We cannot deposit the gems into your account without loading your profile. Without this information, we have no access to your account and cannot complete your order.
Is this legal?
Yes. The process to add gems to your account is 100% legal and will incur no legal penalties.
What other games do you sell?
We currently only sell gems for Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Boom Beach. We will be adding more games in the near future.
Why do I have to remove my payment information?
For security reasons, we advise users to remove their payment information for peace of mind. We do not use your payment information to deposit the gems, we just like to give you reassurances that this process is legal and fair.
Why do I have to change my password temporarily?
We advise users to change their password beforehand for your comfort. Giving someone access to your account isn't an easy thing to do, we just want to make the process less stressful for you. So changing your password beforehand is a great step towards your peace of mind.
What happens if I log into my account as you are applying the gems?
If you log into your account as we're depositing the gems, you will delay the process. Once we login and it displays that another device is connecting, please refrain from logging in until your order status has been updated to Completed. You will also get an email to confirm your delivery.
How do you do it?
Our gems are mined from a Fair Trade mine in Antarctica. Once we have a sufficient supply, we import them to your home country. Once they have passed inspection and customs, we rush them to your base in which only an iGameSupply staff member can sign for them. In all seriousness, we cannot reveal how we do this, but rest assured it's safe and legitimate.
Will I get banned for doing this?
There is a possibility that this could get you banned. Buying gems from anywhere but the official store is against Supercells Terms & Conditions. However, our method to deposit the gems can't be detected, unless you personally email them with a confession. The chances of been caught is as low as using RaccoonBot. We haven't had a user banned in the 10 years that we have been operating, so rest assured that your account is in safe hands.

What payment methods do you accept?

My order says Payment Received, what does this mean?
This means that we have received your payment and your order has been added to the queue. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email.
My order says Processing, what does this mean?
This means that you have made it to the front of the queue and we are processing your order. Please refrain from logging into your account until your order is completed. You will receive an email updating you on your order.
My order says Completed, what does this mean?
This means that we have successfully deposited the gems into your account. You can go ahead and log into your account and continue as normal. You will receive a confirmation email that your gems have been successfully delivered.
My order says Error, what does this mean?
This means that we have encountered a problem whilst trying to process your order. It could be due to 2 Step Verification still being enabled, or incorrect login credentials etc.. Please see the notes attached to your order for instructions.
Can I buy gems more than once?
You sure can! You can buy as many times as you like, there isn't an order limit and it won't increase the chances of Supercell finding out.

What are your opening hours?
We process orders 24/7, 365 days a year. However, support is only available between the hours of 7pm-10pm EST (Mon-Fri) and all day Saturday & Sunday.
What currency does PayPal process the payment in?
PayPal will process your payment in Euros. However, you can pay in whatever currency you use, PayPal will just convert it to the equivalent price.
Why was I charged a Currency Conversion Fee?
If PayPal needs to covert your currency into Euros (for example GBP£ to EUR€), there may be a small conversion fee associated with the transaction. This is not something that we can control, PayPal will automatically charge you for the transaction.
